Terms & Conditions
Appointments
All appointments must be booked online. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or full charge.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their deposit.
Payments
Payments are accepted online via Square. Prices are listed in GBP (£).
Right to Refuse Service
The Nail Shed by Ffion reserves the right to refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to:
Health and safety concerns
Inappropriate behaviour
Failure to disclose relevant medical information
Health & Safety Notice
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, nail infections, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
Patch tests are recommended for new clients or new products.
